  1. Can I apply if I am not a FIVB National Federation?
    The Projects Hub is open to the 222 FIVB National federations. However, if you are an individual or an organization that has a project that would make our sport growing, we encourage you to contact your closer FIVB National Federation that could potentially endorse it.

  2. Which kind of information do I need to have ready before applying?
    • During the application, you will be asked to provide the following details:
    • Person responsible for the project
    • Project description
    • Project goal
    • Project objectives
    • Target group
    • Stakeholders
    • Expected outcomes
    • Budget
    • Proof of capability to clear the goods (for material)
    • CV of the proposed coach or expert (for coaching and experts support)
    • Letter of endorsement from the public or private venue (for Volleyball Your Way festival

  3. Can I start my application and come back to it after?
    Yes, the online application has been designed so an applicant can come back as many times as is needed always within the application deadline.

  4. Is it possible to apply for a different category of projects than the ones offered?
    The online application is prepared only to select the categories offered. Therefore, if your project does not fit with one of these categories but you still would like to apply, we recommend that you frame it accordingly.

  5. How do I know if my application has been received?
    As soon as the application is submitted you will receive a confirmation email.

  6. How long should I wait if I do not receive a response regarding my application?
    For 2017, the application period will be open until 31st July and after that, the working group will analyse all the received projects. The FIVB will communicate the results of this analysis to all the applicants no later than 31st August. If after this date you have no received a response, please do not hesitate to contact us at development@fivb.org.

  7. What if language is a barrier to be able to submit my application?
    If this is the case, please do not hesitate to contact us at development@fivb.org and we will provide support.

  8. I am experiencing problems to visualize the online application, what can I do?
    If this happens, please have a look at the following link SurveyGizmo Support and if this does not solve the issue, do not hesitate to contact us at development@fivb.org.

  9. What is a multi-party project?
    A multi-party project is that one formed by more than one stakeholder. The FIVB encourages submitting projects in which several parties are involved bringing different capabilities, playing different roles and joining efforts for the same cause.   10. What is a multi-dimensional approach project?
    A multi-dimensional approach project is that one where participants get exposed to different activities that helps them develop specific dimension, for example arts, education and sports. For a reference: click on the following project VolleyballYourWayFestival@FIVBWorldCongressBuenosAires.
