FOR COACH SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NATIONAL TEAMS AND FOR KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER PROGRAMMES, THERE WILL BE FOUR APPLICATION WINDOWS
The FIVB encourages all National Federations (NFs) to begin planning for the LA Olympic Cycle 2024-2028 and beyond. As such, when applying through the FIVB Volleyball Empowerment programme, NFs must submit a comprehensive plan for the next five years.
WINDOW I:
If NF submit their application between January and March of 2026, the FIVB will analyse and make a decision on project between April and June 2026. Approved projects will then be executed from July 2026 onwards;
WINDOW II:
If NF submits their application during the second window from April to September 2026, The FIVB will then evaluate and make a decision on your project between October and December 2026 with approved projects then being executed from January 2027 onwards.
WINDOW III:
And finally, the third application window will be open from October to December 2026. The FIVB will then analyse and decide on your project between January and March 2027, and approved projects will then be executed from April 2027 onwards;
APPLICATION PROCESS
Once National Federation apply with a strong project, the FIVB will analyse and evaluate the project and inform National Federation of its decision.
If National Federation’s project is approved, NF will receive a contract which your National Federation will need to sign within the given deadline.
Once the contract is signed, all parties will agree on the execution dates and plans.
Regular and comprehensive reporting and monitoring processes will be put in place to ensure transparency and follow the principles of good governance.
If your project is not approved, you are welcome to apply again during the next application window.
