The IOC #StayStrong campaign celebrated Olympic Day on June 23 featuring the world's largest 24 hour digital-first Olympic workout, striving to inspire more people to Stay Strong, Stay Active, and Stay Healthy.
The 35-year-old Latvian star was a gold medallist at the 2005 FIVB U21 World Championship and was crowned European Champion in 2015 (following silver medals in 2013 and 2014). He finished 9th in both the Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games.
