FIVB Executive Committee meets ahead of Board of Administration meeting

Majority of members attend from FIVB Headquarters

The FIVB Executive Committee, led by the FIVB President, Dr Ary S. Graça F°, held a hybrid meeting on the weekend with the majority of members present at the FIVB Headquarters and the remainder joining online.

The meeting was hosted ahead of the Board of Administration meeting. The members of the Executive Committee discussed the agenda of the Board meeting and listened to the presentation of 2020 accounts alongside some other important topics.

During the meeting the FIVB President Dr Ary S Graça F° said:

“During the FIVB Board of Administration meeting we will present a number of reports about our current work and upcoming events. Our goal continues to be spreading volleyball across the world, therefore, increasing the number and level of national teams participating in our main events. This will increase the relevance of volleyball worldwide, making it more popular than ever before.”

The FIVB Board of Administration meeting will be held on Monday, 25 October, in a hybrid format. The reports of Continental Confederations as well as the updates on the FIVB events will be presented during the meeting alongside some other important topics.
