The aim of this course is to teach the basic rules, techniques and the values of volleyball; from the invention of the game as well as how best to introduce the sport to beginners. Relevant coaching methods and exercises will also be covered alongside teaching the best techniques to help players improve.

The course is an advanced course for coaches. The participant studies amongst others the following lessons: theory of training, improvement of skills and fitness, psychological aspects of coaching and advanced game tactics.

The student learns to improve the one’s own game, skills and techniques. The goal of the course is as well to find new ways of teaching and to learn cornerstones of the refereeing structure. In addition the course touches importance and benefits of sustainability in Beach Volleyball.
