Held on 6-10 October 2025 at the FIVB Volleyball House in Lausanne, Switzerland and developed in collaboration with the International Centre for Sports Studies (CIES), this seminar offers practical tools, expert insights, and networking opportunities that empower athletes to build meaningful and lasting careers beyond their playing days.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age: 18
- Proficient in English
- Experience at top level FIVB or Continental events
- No major disciplinary or legal issues
- Full availability for the programme duration
