It reaffirmed the FIVB’s commitment to its players
Officially launched at Volleyball House during the Olympic Games Rio 2016, the FIVB Athletes’ Commission is currently made up of ten players from different countries who represent both volleyball and beach volleyball.
The creation of the FIVB Athletes’ Commission marked a new era for the FIVB as the federation formalised its long-term and loyal relations with its global network of players. Meanwhile, it reaffirmed the FIVB’s commitment to its players being the heart and soul of its work, ensuring that their interests continue to be represented.
