This week, Chad Volleyball Federation President General Idriss Dokony Adiker visited the Volleyball House in Lausanne, Switzerland to discuss volleyball’s development in the country.
Dokony Adiker, who also serves as the President of the Chadian Olympic and Sports Committee and Vice President of the CAVB, was welcomed to the Volleyball House by FIVB President Fabio Azevedo.
In recent years, Chad has benefited from Volleyball Empowerment support across seven projects, including coach support for the men’s national team.
This year is a key year for the Chad men’s national team, who are set to compete in the 2026 CAVB Men’s African Nations Volleyball Championship and build on their top ten finish at the previous edition in 2023.
